Palm Beach Strategy Group’s approach to management consulting is based upon three, straight-forward questions:

Our approach to working with our clients in answering those key questions is not derived from esoteric theories or academic exercises, but rather from an intensive examination of your organization’s fundamental strengths and weaknesses as revealed by its actual successes and failures. This includes (i) a careful review of your organization’s financials in comparison to those of your competitors through an extensive financial ratio analysis and (ii) an exhaustive interview process to reveal as much substantive information as possible with regard to your organization’s current activities as they relate to personnel, organizational structure, services and/or products, technology, sales, marketing, finance, competition, suppliers, environmental and/or governmental factors, and strategic planning.
These "inputs" are then followed by (i) a clear and agreed upon course of action and (ii) a review of your organization’s results after implementation.
While Palm Beach Strategy Group does not endorse a single approach to an organization’s design, we do place special emphasis on assisting those companies who wish, and for whom it makes sense, to become High Performance Organizations.
